Black History Poster
Made for a BHM poster competition. Features powerful black female activists. These strong women made strides for the black community. As a young girl I look up to them, so I included them in this piece. Took 2 weeks to complete. (Made on Procreate)

Beauty is Within
Hand drawn each flower. Emphasizes the fact that beauty is on the inside. Don't try to be someone you are not. Why try to mask your own beauty? Took 11 hours. (Made on Procreate)
The Weight on Your Shoulders
Originally supposed to be a jester. The more I worked on it the more I added. Can be interpreted as trying so hard to entertain others that they take advantage of you. Took 4 hours to make. (Made on Procreate)
Childhood Loyalty
My favorite of all time. Has to do with a personal first love experience of mine. The ribbon aludes to the red string of fate, but its a pink ribbon to represent femininity. The pinky promise represents young love as its common among children. The hand pulling the other hand in this situation represents being held back from this promise. Took 8 hours to complete.
